Can I place a request offline by mail and someone can assist me to place a transaction?
Yes. If you would like to place an order request, you can simply call us or write a mail and we can initiate a buy or redeem or switch request on your behalf. You will then receive a link from BSE STAR MF to validate the transactions. It takes a few seconds to click and validate and if it's purchased it will take you to your net banking page to complete the payment process. Once done, your investment will be processed and your portfolio will be updated in 2-3 days.
